NBA 2K complaint: Failed Resolution to a technical issue

My complaint:

On January 17 I created a new my player and later that same day when I went to load back into the player instead putting me where I was upon last save I was sent to a glitch in the game itself, I proceeded to shut down the system in hopes in would correct itself but unfortunately it did not that’s when I contacted 2k Support to inform them of the issue they instructed me to fill out a ticket so they could fix the problem but unfortunately they did not so after waiting for a week I contacted them again and hoping to gain some information as what’s going on on still nothing so here I am today January 30 still with no resolution and information as to when I will get resolution

Suggested solution:

It’s quite simple I would like to be fully reimbursed for all money’s spent on the build and the other build I had to make because of this issue
