Complaint: Locked out of my DNA Kit results.

My complaint:

Was active on my Heritage account searching all the results. To get on i must go through their security protocols to get in. They agreed with their security and let me in with full access to the results to my DNA Kit. That has now been terminated, I am allowed in but not allowed to access my kit.
They say kit is invalid and that my account does not exist. I was and now I’m not? They now say you are you when you sign in but not me when i want full service for what i paid for. They have created impossible hurdles for me to satisfy them what they already know, its me, and for them not accept fact is next to character assassination..

Suggested solution:

Make my DNA kit changed from invalid to valid and let me continue my access to the site and acknowledge its me. Since i am refused the opportunity to talk directly with them on their toll free number i am hoping by using COMPLAIN.BIZ and hoping i will be brought back to life like Lazarus.
