My complaint:
She gave a biased and false story about a piece regarding
PROPANE. She made many assertions about gas not being’GREEN’.BEING GREEN’S. Main preposterous comment was that Methane is 25 times more deleterious and harmful than electricity. Natural gas and propane and methane are byproducts of the oil industry. Whether or not you are pro electricity or gas, everyone needs to speak the truth. Gas released into the atmosphere, unburned IS THE DANGER. Once burned the statistics regarding how harmful it is are mitigated by the burning. SHE CONFLATED THE TWO ISSUES.
WHAT AN IDIOT. Though it true the subsequent products ie. CARBON DIOXIDE AND HEAT ARE AN ISSUE. But not burning it and just releasing it is lunacy.
The gas is already in the immediate environment due to oil being pumped. She is obviously and foolishlyfailing to look at ALL THE FACTS.. In a perfect world we could run on electricity, thats not available in the immediate future. Until society has the ability to provide cheap electricity , alternative energy sources are needed.Acting or advocating to just switch from gas to electricity is ‘PIE IN THE SKY.’
and foolish commentators , not even realizing gas unturned consequences are far worse than releasing them into the atmosphere. MSNBC NEEDS TO TERMINATE HER EMPLOYMENT, so she can go back to school and learn basic accurate reporting.
Suggested solution:
Fire her or at least give her basic lessons in accurate journalism. Airing that pseudo science critique ruins the stations credibility.
