My complaint:
I realise you need to try to stir the pot to keep ratings up, especially as there is some tough competition out there, but have you no sense of self-reflection at what you allow to be broadcast? Joy Reid does nothing but spew hate and misinformation. It is not only unethical to allow her to continue, but it irreparably damages your brand and diminishes the credibility of your other programming. I am a life-long libertarian, and I like to get my news from as many sources as possible, but your support of this person is really baffling. Suggested solution:
It is time to show some corporate responsibility, if not some class, and replace this show with something that is productive and less vitriolic. I have no idea why as a corporation you defend her, but I like to think that you are decent people and only keep her around because if you fire her you are afraid of the way she will almost certainly respond. If that is the case, then you join the ranks of the others too scared to stand up for what is the correct thing to do.
