My complaint:
I paid for the cruise through msc, 4 months before the cruise, choosing a premium cabin. traveling with mother and daughter. 2 weeks before the cruise, I find out that the company itself canceled my reservation. and predoogat either to deposit money 100% money in 90 days. It is possible to take almost for the same money a cabin without windows and a balcony. I bought insurance tickets hotel. MSC has its own agents who sell cheap cabins for high prices in this way, confusing people just before the cruise. how can i solve this issue?
Suggested solution:
give that cabin for which I paid in advance for 4 months! or refund my money for the cruise and additional expenses immediately! also take into account the moral damage!
