Movistar complaint: Paid too much bills

My complaint:

I started with movistar in November 2020 and got a plane to pay 52.45€ for first three months and after that my bills will be increased.I paid all and in March I called movistar (1004) to change my plane bcoz I only need wifi at home and not any channels….. nothing.One of your operater talked me and said that my plane is changed and from April onwards you will be charged only 38€ per month,I also have his voice recording and reference number.In March I paid three bills,in April I paid……toooo many bills,I have pictures of each paid bill.Again in June your operater said you have pending bills of may and June and you have to pay this.I made instalments for that which is 37.16€ each month till November 2021. This month also I paid this instalment on 8 the July.now I have no connection…why? From last 15 hour?????

Suggested solution:

Plz check my picturs of paid bills.Or either talk me face to face bcoz when ever I call there is a new operator it's difficult to make them understand. No one talk about solution.
