My complaint:
My daughter has been staying at this Motel 6 for about a week now and the rates are incredibly inconsistent. She called at 8:00 am for her daily rate and was told it would be $106. She went in at 9:00 am to pay it and they charged her an additional $20. This is the second day in a row this has happened. She is homeless and this place is her only option unless she sleeps under a bridge. Staff does not offer any explanation. She is told that I don’t control the rates when asked why she is being charged more.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse her for the extra charge and then charge her what she is quoted.
