My complaint:

Sunday 21st October I was shopping with my daughter and grandchildren. I witnessed a man drop a jar of beetroot which shattered on the floor. I thought it would be important to let someone know. I went to the front of the store where the person in charge of the tills was to inform her. I told her what had happened and was greeted by I KNOW. I’ M TRYING TO GET SOMEONE I was so shocked I actually said sorry. I was so angry. After I had paid for my shopping I approached the woman and all she did was flash her badge and say ITS NINA . Never have I been spoken to like that. Disgraceful.

Suggested solution:

This young lady needs some training in customer service skills. Failing that maybe she should not be working Sunday's if she cannot take the pressure. It wasn't exactly crowded in there. Her attitude was dreadful. I am still fuming about it now. How dare she talk like that.
