Moon Active complaint: Not getting prizes I’ve earned in game

My complaint:

Every time I spin the wheel in coin master and land on three hammers or three pigs after a few times when I hit the prize it doesn’t give me the prize.

Suggested solution:

Fix the glitch and give me what I earned
