Moon Active complaint: Frustrated and ignored

My complaint:

It all started about 2 months ago. I came across this fantastic game, it was live at first spin. I played religious every single day for hours. I paid more attention to the game then I did my life. I had been playing for about a month when all of a sudden the game started glitching. Even tho they were annoying to say the least I continued to play. I even went as far as to pay money, which I have never ever in my whole life done. That just shows how devout I was to this game. It really started to get bad by day 2 of this glitching problem. When I had spun an attack via raid on my daughter, well it showed her face but it wasn’t her village I was raiding. It just so happened to be another friends village. So not only was it the wrong village wrong person but the coins that I got from the raid didn’t get added to my coin total. So at this point I was beginning to get upset. But it doesn’t stop there… It got even worse! So for the next few days I noticed that when I would finish a village I wasn’t receiving the rewards from the event that was in play. In fact I wouldn’t get anything except a chest with two sometimes 3 due to the event of get 50% more cards during this time…whole thingy. So I started to complain to customer support. Not once or twice but more like 20 complaints did I admit to customer support for Coin Master. By the 4th or 5th day of not getting any response I began to let my inner voice be heard via messages of complaints. There may have been a word or two of choice descriptive language for which I expressed my brewing rage from within. And go figure the only response I got from them was in regards to the only complaint that had the choice word with in its message. For which they informed me that they do not deal with that kind of expressive complaints and that if I wanted to resubmit a formal complaint with the days times and a in depth detail of what had happen that they would be more then happy to assist in any way possible. So here I am thinking to myself…..what about the 19 other complaints I had submitted which had all the information they had me answer by way of their questions one has to answer in order for one to get the complaint for which you are complaining about to the right peopleperson so they can better assist you in your problem for which you are having ( to deal with). So I again submitted a few more in depth complaints with dates and times and a in depth detailing of who what where why and when. Now mind you I have lost many of coins as well as the chance to level up due to not receiving my rewards for which I was entitled to due to evens taking place. And the matter of the attacks and raids from others which had completely made it impossible to advance any further in the game, unless you pull a me and spend money to insure your advancement in the game. Sheer pride by that time…i was tired of submitting complaint after complaint knowing that they were falling upon blind eyes. I stopped submitting complaints as of about two weeks ago unroll I saw this site and figured that I’d give it a try. Considering I’ve not heard anything from customer support except for a message stating that it could take quite some time to receive any justification for any inconveniences I may have endured. And that I should be getting some kind of reimbursement of some sort here shortly. Well like I said it’s been a month give or take since all this started and I’ve seen nothing by way of reimbursement. And to think out of all the darn complaining I did, my fingers hurt my brain hurts and my patients are nearly at their ends. I know I only touched bases if a few thing that happened but if I had told you much more I fear my complaint to you would be considered a short novel. Minus the grammar and punctuation. And my mother is a Reading Specialist none the less…guess the Apple fell far from the tree. So ya I’m not sure what if anything can be done to make these wrongs right, but if by chance your able to help it greatly appreciate it ever so much. Suggested solution:

iLamaof03 ...I would love it if I could be compensated via a return of monies I spent in order to further myself in the game or a health amount of coinage and spins which would compensate for the time effort monies frustration rage ...but I won't go into to that. But I will say( my daughter would shut the game down before she would attack or raid my village) because it seemed to all ways be me who she was to raid when her spin landed on the three little piggies. Again thank you for your support in this matter I fear I need all the help I can get if I am to be compensated for everything that has gone wrong while playing Coin Master.
