My complaint:
Ok I bought A Saint Patty’s day lucky sale pack of 30 Spins. And then I bought the multiply spin that landed on ×2 so therefore it turned into 60 spins but then it tallied up to 60 and then it popped up -20 and it went back down to 40 spins on it I’ve never seen that before,dont know what that was all about and why the hell would I buy a multiplier spin if it wasnt even gonna do what it is supposed to do. They claimed I recieved what I paid for plus a free gift wich is crap. I have to prove to them with video or picture evidence it just so happened I didn’t have my screen recorder on atm but sent them my receipts. Wich I don’t understand if they have game logs in the first place but regardless they wont show me the game logs
Suggested solution:
To refund me my money or give me my spins. And to show me these supposed game logs. If I'm wrong I'll gladly apologize
