My complaint:

I have been trying to redeem my points for a gift card for awhile now, but EVERY TIME I try doing the identity verification process, it doesn’t allow me to finish. It just keeps saying, move away, center your face, move away. Then it just resets. I’ve tried moving to different areas and changing the lighting, but NOTHING seems to work. PLEASE HELP!!!

Suggested solution:

Either let me talk on the phone to someone in customer service or try a completely different way to verify my identity.
