My complaint:
I cashed out a £5 voucher and 72 hours later (before receiving the voucher) I was blocked from using mistplay. I have appealed and they said they can’t say why I was blocked but that I violated their terms. I’ve requested examples but they claim due to security that they can’t divulge this information. I believe they are habitually doing this to users
