My complaint:
My daughter who is incarcerated at Delta Correctional facility MDOC, is not getting proper medical attention for an infection in her jaw caused by a broken tooth. Her pain level is 10/10.. she is not receiving anything for her pain and hasent slept in 2 days.. I tried to contact the warden but the operator answering the phone refuses to allow me to talk to her and i cannot leave a message for a return call..
Suggested solution:
Immediate pain management.
Allow citizens to contact a warden or supervisor..
