My complaint:
Our loved one 163198 got an rvr on 3/3/2022 and appealed it showing if the cameras were looked at it shows he was not involved . Our family reached out to multiple individuals and Noone did their job . They denied his appeal on the matter and the board gave him an additional 2 yrs. He would have been home last year if the investigator DHO HOOKS looked at the cameras his appeal showed where he was and wasnt involved in the incident…also if CM HALL didn’t just process her decision on the rvr with out looking into it as well .
Suggested solution:
I want an investigation conducted where they look at the cameras and read his appeal it proves his innocence
