My complaint:
I received a dress different from what I have ordered. When I contacted the company and asked for a full refund, they said I can keep the ugly dress and they refund 15%. I asked them to take responsibility for their mistake and fully refund. They said I have to pay for the return shipping cost while I did NOT make any mistake. Actually, I believe that I should NOT pay for their mistake.
I decided to take legal action to prevent such things to happen to customers. So, I am complaining to force the company for a full refund.
Suggested solution:
1. They are supposed to fully refund my money;
2. Also, since my order was for pregnancy and delivery took more than one month, the mistake made by the company cannot be compensated by sending another dress or even by my own order. Therefore, I want to complain about my wasted time.
