My complaint:

I have been trying since Aug 5th to get my phone turned on at Mint after transferring it from ATT, it’s not Sept 10th and it’s still not on. I’ve spent 13 hrs straight many days in a row it’s still not on. The very unhelpful Janice refused to transfer me to a supervisor, instead wanted to argue with me and keep repeating the same incorrect info over over refused to transfer me to a supervisor. The notes on my accnt go back to Aug 5th and. I one at Mint could care less. Thirteen hour back to back days calling calling phone trees after phone trees, it’s now Sept 11th the number is still not on. Janice at Mint arguing incorrectly repeatedly stating everything’s good to go – like I’m calling again on hold for 5 hrs bc everything is fine repeatedly refusing to transfer me to a supervisor. Janice needs to be reprimanded. She was purposely being obtuse unhelpful. Not a single person had any empathy for a customer who’s spent countless hours on the phone over 40 days to still not have the number on. Every hoop imaginable, double payment on the 3 months, etc. After now almost 7 hrs on phone again it’s still not on. I e heard I’m sorry since Aug 5th, ATT states no issues yet STILL can’t get phone on – paying customers should not be treated this way. This has been beyond egregious.

Suggested solution:

They should reprimand Janice, FINALLY turn my number on, refund my first 3 month payment give me SOME concession for putting a customer thru this hell. I mean, Aug 5th - Sept 11th steadily trying day after day, plus this is a nonprofit line which has had no service for over a month caused HUGE problems.
