My complaint:
I purchased 6 months of service for my son as a Christmas gift. On May 23rd I purchased and additional 3 months for $83.00. Because there isn’t a monthly plan. Today My son’s dad shattered his phone. Service is paid for until August 21st. They will not reimburse my money back, freeze service, or 7wks of service that I paid for. No I’m just S.O.L. I’m furious!!!
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement or offer 7wks of service that was not used.
