My complaint:
At 1220 I got a mail, it was a statement of a credit card that I never had or apply before, cale-se MILESTONE CREDIT CARD ( Genesis FS card services) I called to the company and the lady that attended me was very rude and no patient. There is a fee to be paid BUT I MEVER APLLY FOR this company! And this credit issue is affecting my score.
Suggested solution:
Take my name off this credit issue. I’m not paying for something that I never apply
