My complaint:
I was at the Microcenter in Fairfax today 08/27/2023 around 1:15 PM EST, and there was a limited deal for a free usb flash drive. I was acquiring it for a family member. When I obtained it, he told me that he wanted the free 128 gb micro sd card instead, and asked for me to switch it out.
When I asked for an exchange from the cashier, he kindly switched it out. After the transaction was complete, I asked Is that it? because I was curious about whether or not I was going to get a paper receipt or an email receipt, and he rudely yelled at me Yeah, skedaddle!
I left without saying a word, however that was an incident where I felt I was spoken to in a rude way.
Suggested solution:
I would like an apology.
