My complaint:

I called the 1 800 number for Michigan works that you gave to me, Michigan works has an answering machine set up to deny any involvement with us then the answering machine tells you to contact uia then hangs up ,no human is ever reached for us calls.
I’m out of state and can’t make it to their office to register,or any other office in Michigan so I contacted them on Facebook messenger and explained my situation and need to them,a virtual registration, ,they responded by giving me their office address and hours and address then blocked me on Facebook messenger.

Suggested solution:

They should inform you that they were not willing to assist me by phone or Facebook and that no virtual registration was available to me.
They should also be liable for the three certifications that I was set back on for failure to register with Michigan works
