My complaint:
I applied and received an interview with The Great Lakes Water Authority through Michigan Works in the Highland Park office. After the interview. I was contacted by a Mrs Smith from the Highland Park Michigan Works office telling me that she was ready to move forward with the Job Position of being an Instrument Technician with the Great Lakes Water Authority.she then asked me what color I was. I told her I wasa White Man. I never heard from her office again. I am left with no answer to why the abrupt end of my Hiring Process.
Suggested solution:
I would to know WHY Mrs Smith stopped reaching out to me after she found out that I was a White Man.
