My complaint:
During the pandemic shutdown, I received benefits from May 2020 through August 2020. My weekly benefit amount was miscalculated and I did not receive full compensation. I appealed and my case went before a judge. The Honorable Judge John Markey ruled that I was underpaid and due full compensation. His decision was made on November 5, 2020! I have had numerous calls into MI UIA, and yet to get resolution! HELP
Suggested solution:
Pay me my full benefits in compliance with the judgement.
