My complaint:
An employer at this location named pricilla. (Name tag) kept following me and my spouse like criminals. Stereo typing asking us numerous times if we wanted something? Not can i help you, literally saying do you want something. We are loyal costumer’s not thief’s. Very uncomfortable walking inside the store following us. Very unfortunate and will not be shopping at any Michael’s store from here on.
Suggested solution:
She was probably the supervisor or store manager so im guessing nothing is going to be resolved. It would be nice at least for her to receive some type of diseplanery reat all customers the same with respect.
