My complaint:

I was on vacation from 9/10/23-9/16/23. As everyone knows MGM was hacked and all of our information is up for grabs. Lost earning all my point rewards after spending $2200 since our cards wouldn’t work. We had maid service only 3 days. I was short changed on the slot machines at cash out during the hack since the people handing out the money can’t read or count. I played the coin trio piggy burst @2cents. Every-time I won since they had to self pay They only paid me what was listed in the credits instead of looking at the payout amount which was double the credit since .02$ was bet. And when I brought it up I was treated like I was stupid. There was a person with a clipboard and another with the cash finally I played it and cashed out and they started to miss pay me yet again and one of the gentleman said no Pay her the payout amount not the credits amount. I then won again later that day and the payout was was 56 and the guy tried to pay me $16. Your facility short changed me $568.72. Took me 2 years to save the $2200 I went with and I deserved to receive my small winnings. I cant prove it since our cards wouldnt work. But definitely a sad week in Vegas. Very disappointed. I didn’t get to enjoy my small winnings cause I didnt receive them all. Took sometimes sitting there for over an hour to get paid out as it was. And someone stole a $100 chip from me at the roulette table. I have no photos. All I can give you is my word. We tried valet prkingvthe first day and was told the nect day ghere would be no charge because of the systems yet they was gonna charge my sister for 2 days valet which they finally removed. Funny that the double bills or debts but only paid me half of winnings. Sad part is multiple people played those coin trio games and I am curious how much they got ripped off. This was my 2nd visit to Excalibur and I have had one visit to Luxor. Im not at all happy about my personal info being stolen nor my not get paid for the slot winnings.

Suggested solution:

Pay me what I was shorted. And Give us a free hack free vacation. And credit my points I lost for the $2200 I spent
