My complaint:
Today I was let go of my position in Valet as a Supervisor. They allegedly claim I was terminated for a sexual harassment or inappropriate matter. This is not true. I would like to let you know I will be pursuing a attorney for wrongful termination as well as harassment and more. There is a Director Julie Webster that been with the company for years. My problem with this is I applied for mgr position and assistant manager position. Now everyone within and under her in the pass year have been promoted to other departments and some even Director. No one including our assistant manager that had been in the department for 15 plus years was passed over for position and she placed Roderick Hughes and Laureada Allen from her department to run Valet. None of which knew anything about running this department and was there is a investigation you will see. Many people under these managers have lost their jobs. I have busy my tail plus sacrifice for this company causing broke up in relationship over scheduled never consistent even with a shift bid. Again I will be speaking with a attorney tomorrow because I should have not been fired for the reason given.
Suggested solution:
People are losing their jobs because of this horrible management team. They have wasted money and they don't have a clue how to run a department.
