My complaint:
My mom’s doctor sent her to methodist university hospital in Memphis tn because of her severe back pain. She have a fracture on her spine and it hurts her to move and sit up but they had her sitting in a wheelchair for 10 hours and no results. I called the shift supervisor a hours later still no results.
Suggested solution:
They need to refund all of the funds back to Medicaid and Medicare
