My complaint:
I sent 0,5 ETH to my METAMASK. Nothing happened and I did not receive my ETH. I wrote a ticket over a week ago and only get an automatic response but nothing still.
I went to the help pages and they say you have to create this and do that to receive ETH, which I believe I now have done, yet still no ETH.
This is so bad and not sure what to do! I definitely do not want to leave it, as it’s hard earnt money and this is so wrong!!
Suggested solution:
By returning my ETH to my Binance. I do not want to use such a complex and unhelpful plateform.
