My complaint:
I logged several tickets in the last month regarding my balance and token that went missing after my computer crashed.
2 tickets has been resolved and 2 are still open, but my problem has still not been resolved. I get no correpondence from Metamask and no assistance.
Suggested solution:
Just get in contact with me advising how I can resolve my problem.
