MetaMask complaint: Confirming a transaction which never went through

My complaint:

I paid a small amount ( 0,0126 eth), for a transaction that never went through. Please find attached the Etherscan contract.

Suggested solution:

You can refer the etherscan contract and reinburse me directly on my wallet.
