I purchased a Meta Quest 2 as a gift for Christmas. The item was played with for a matter of hours before it crashed. Contacted Meta who led me through the reset steps but no joy so a return for a replacement was arranged. I was advised the replacement would be received within 8-12 days of return. We are now on day 21 and still no replacement. I have contacted them daily and just receive the same answer stating it is being looked into and no update can be provided.
There is no number to call and no head office address found in the UK to write a letter to, nor is there a formal complaint system.
I feel i have been robbed of my money and no one at the company is doing anything to help the situation.
Provide a replacement ly as now over the timeframe provided or alternatively give me a full refund of the item cost
