My complaint:
Entered Facebook and came across an advertisement for a STIHL miniature battery operated chainsaw. Clicked on see more and their web site came up. I purchased two of them, one for myself and one as a Christmas present for my Son in Law. Received an e mail from the company using the name Meaneem, acknowledging the purchase and providing a tracking number. Note that I had not been aware that I was dealing woth a company located in China. I kept following the tracking data following the shipment from Dongguan, China to South Bend, In. It took 12 days. When the package arrived it was eight (8) cheap toothbrushes! I have sent two quireeries to them in the last week and still have received no answer from them. I do not feel that I would ever have any way to recoup the approximately $77 USD I paid them, but I certaqinly do think that Facebook should remove their adverts from the system! If you need them I can scan then send you copise of the e mail I received from them acknowledging my order.
