My complaint:
I have had my advertising account disabled, I have had no reason given for this and I cannot review as it will not left me, I am writing as I really do not understand how you keep blocking my advertising on Facebook.
I only advertise my own products that I manufacturer, and not very often as our products are seasonal, so only really in the summer months.
I did not use it for over a year as we were very busy without advertising, I also didn’t update my Facebook page as my products don’t change.
I went to use it after a year or so and I was blocked for no reason and given no explanation to why I was blocked. I was advised to set up another account, so I did and now that is blocked.
Although when I set this up, I was allowed to pay for advertising:
Then I was blocked again WHY please explain? This cannot be right. I have had no ads Rejected.
My colleague was also linked to our Facebook page for advertising, she has not used it once and she has got this, Band Permanently.
My account is still pending but no explanation has been given about any of this we are just blocked. Attached 30 days. It shows me to go to Account status overview: Attached my products. Tells me nothing. We have had a new website built and need to advertise it.
I have looked today because I want to advertise and this would be my busy time and this weather is perfect for my product, it will not let me and looking at the Meta managing pages it tells me my page does not have any problems.
Please Please Help, we are a small family business and need to be able to get our products out on Facebook. If we have done wrong at least tell us what it is so I can see.
I am only using this platform as a last resort as I have tried so many other ways to contact you.

Get someone to look at me account and stop the restrictions.
I only advertise my own products that I manufacture, I can see no reason why I have been blocked. If they have a reason at least an explanation as to what we have done and not 5 pages of what might of happened.
