My complaint:
Dear Sir, as I was on a long stay in Dominican Republic, something went wrong with my login of facebook. I ve been on FB since 2009 and I have a page of my Pilates studio. Never did something wrong that I am aware of. Have 4000 contacts in my FB from all over the world which I only used to have contact by Messenger. Suddenly in December, I had to login into my FB, and right after it (2sec), after I showed my passport, I received a message from FB:
‘We’ve determined that you are ineligible to use Facebook. To learn more about Facebook’s policies, please review the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities:

Unfortunately, for safety and security reasons, we can’t provide additional information as to why your account was disabled. We appreciate your understanding, as this decision is final.’
Pls, This must be one big mistake. Can you help me pls? It does not recognize my number or email anymore. I think this is absolutely not fair.
