My complaint:
I’m writing this over my disgusting break with you for 1 night in one your suites, 23rd to 24th April 2 adults and a dog in your Fairfield hotel york, we paid 150 pounds for tye night got there no slippers, no robes no waters no newspapers, we had go reception told no papers are given anymore , we then rubbish slippers 2 gown found cut toe nails on our floor of our room 2nd time I had go to reception I told tye young female girl refused to refund us, I was left anxious upset I suffer mental health and paid all my money on this disgusting room, I will be sending my pictures to health and safety abd to newspapers as well as putting it on social media ots disgusting you should be shit down immediately. Our room 303 is not fit to sleep in, I want my money back or I’ll be to court, above are pictures of all we had so far furniture broken nails on floor no extras and a rude female staff member told me it’s OK put it on social media. Bath is not working, disgusting
