My complaint:
I have been charged for a room that I did not use. I did have a booking but I cancelled it on line. I also rang the motel to make sure it had been cancelled which I was told it was. I have rang to try and discuss this but was told the motel will not refund me. I am in severe financial hardship and this has put so much stress on me. Could you please have some understanding and come to some agreement.
Suggested solution:
To have the full amount refunded.
