My complaint:

After making a sale and printing the label and packaging my item, I took it to the post office where it was scanned and weighed by a postal worker. I was a given a receipt. No additional postage was due. When the transaction was complete, Mercari took out from my profit an extra $5 for postage due. They refuse to refund the money even though I did all that I possibly could by going in person to the post office.

Suggested solution:

Refund my $5.
