My complaint:

I have been selling on this app for years the policy has been the same for years there’s been no update people by on this app and have no idea about the policy and never leave a rating buyers are allowed three days to leave a rating if they don’t then Mecari It’s supposed to automatically Release your funds but that’s never the case I always have to contact them asking them why I have not received my funds by the third day! Then for even sellers who have been selling on the app for years are only allowed a $500 instant pay a month most of us sellers make way more than $500 and after waiting three days for your money it’s pretty aggravating when there’s nothing else you can do but direct deposit which takes another five days to get it’s 2021 we’re going into 2022 in this company needs to change their policies they are taking more money from us but have not updated any of their policies it’s ridiculous and it’s not right! I have such a wonderful following on the app and I’ve had so many people buying for me for so many years and I think that this needs to be updated

They’ve done nothing you can’t even get in touch with a live person there is no reasoning they say they’ll send in the complaint but they never do clearly because their policies have never been changed I can’t be the only one following this complaint
