My complaint:
On the 17th of June I received notice my laptop had been delivered on my front porch . well this is totally impossible because I was at Dr and when imagine my gate is locked with 8 foot high fence around my home. So delivery was impossible. Lying is terrible. So today they said sale complete. because I didn’t issue a return request. what am I suppose to return? I’ve already contacted the BBB and our news channel. this is not right.
Suggested solution:
find my laptop or return my money. I've bought sooo many things from there and this is not a regular issue. why would I lie after having over 100 completed dales or buys
