My complaint:
My name is James Nickel I’m a disabled veteran I called the troy pharmacy and ask if I could get a flu and covet shot, I was told yes, my appament time was at three thirty I was there at three o’clock I went to the front window and told the lady what I was there for she asks me if I had insurance I expand to her that I was a disabled veteran she told me it would cost me one hundred and seven dollars for the flu shot I told her I wasn’t paying that my flu shots are free at VA she got subby with me and give me a paper to fill out for the covet shot I filled out the paper and give it back to her she told me Thay would call me when Thay were ready for me I set Thair for thirty five min in the meantime there were fore sets of people went ahead of me at three thirty five I told a lady at the front window my name and that i was leavening I will never shop at your store again.
Suggested solution:
do not discriminate against me becoz I wasn't given all the information up front about the cost of the flu shot I told the Genteman on phone I was a disabled vet if your employs Arnt happy with thair job Thay should not be Thair
The Store Director at the Meijer in South Bend Indiana on Portage Rd is unprofessional and rude as heck. The way I saw him talking to an employee was hurtful and sad! The employee is disabled, asked the Store Director a question about a door.
