My complaint:
Bus didn’t show this morning due time 9:10 am late for work again. How they can put the fares up is beyond me when the service is crap .most drivers are ignorant as well .hope another bus company comes in thanks
Suggested solution:
By telling the truth and making fares cheaper for a crap service
