My complaint concerns bus no. 7 at 3:31 p.m. at the stop no. 61401231. Like every day at the same time I was waiting for the bus to work, but it didn’t stop, at that moment there were two other buses no. 38 at the stop and they were covering me and no. 7 was standing behind them, but after a while he passed them and drove away without even paying attention comments that I wave my hands. He had the right to wait until the buses blocking access to the stop had left to stop, but he didn’t. The driver is the same and I always get on the same bus. How can you treat people like that? This is not the first problem with number 7. I had to lose and call a taxi so as not to be late for work. I demand a refund for the taxi.
Suggested solution:
I demand a refund for the taxi. Because I bought a weekly ticket, just like every week. Because no one will help me with my nerves, I was very nervous about this situation. I'm reporting this because it can't be like this, there is only one route 7 to Linwood and the next bus is too late for me to get to work.
