McDonalds complaint: wrong orders, charged regular price on promo days

My complaint:

To whom it may concern:
My complain refers do GTA (Toronto) McDonald’s restaurants.
Not sure what is happening with customer service at McDonalds restaurants but it seams that they cannot get simple order right.
The only thing I purchase at McDonald is Coffee with double milk, happy meal hot cakes and sausage egg muffin. I use drive through.
I get double double coffee
happy meal is all over the place, every time something is missing or wrong, instead of ice tea, got root bear (really). No syrup, chocolate milk instead of white. French fries instead of hash brown….imagine driving away just to find out that your order is wrong, like coffee first ting in the morning. One time, I have gone back twice from home to correct my order.

Now, there is a promo for sausage egg muffin $3 each. Well, both times I was charged regular amount. The cash registers are not set up for the promo. How many people did Mcdonuld scammed is beyond me.
