My complaint:

I went to mcdonalds told the manager about the wrong order instead of helping me out she talked so rudely and said you have everyday problem i said if you are giving me wrong orders than i have to say i am paying you She also didn’t refunded me on my card and have me the cash saying we only give cash
I told her you are treating very badly and the service was poor she instead of correcting their mistake said then we can’t do anything to make you happy and their was another person standing infront of me telling them about the wrong order

They should serve the people with respect if this is the way they treat people than no one would prefer going their just like what i decided
