Complaint: Wrong order and burnt muffins

My complaint:

I went to the McDonald’s drive through to order for 2 egg muffin meals with hot chocolates. I was instead given one muffin that was hard and and Burt the and mochas instead of hot chocolate yet I don’t drink coffee.
When I went back to tell the black lady at the counter she said it wasn’t her responsibility as snd she charged me again for the muffins but they never changed the coffees because they claimed they were hot chocolates.
I was so upset and and ruined my love for McDonald’s breakfast which is my favourite. The service was very terrible and absurd yet I spent 11 pounds approximately because I bought a sausage and egg meal for my friend too.

I’d like a refund or vouchers because that service was unexpectedable!!
