My complaint:
My husband works at the walgreens next to this mcdonalds so he decided to stop by after work to get us something for a late dinner. He ordered a meal for me that came with 2 cheesburgers a large fry and large drink and got a Deluxe crispy chicken sandwhich meal for himself with a large fry and large drink as well. We live 2′ mins away from this store and he got home we realized they charged us and gave us someone elses order. We got 2 medium fries, a fish sandwich and a spicy chicken sandwich as well. Only thing they got right was the 2 large drinks. I tried calling and explained the situation to them and the man i spoke to was very rude and demanded i bring back the food or he wouldnt help me. I explained we live far from the location and i could just save the food and come back tomorrow or show them pictures and he hung up on me. i called back a second time and the same thing happened on the third call i got no answer. This isnt the first time weve had issues with this location. Its usually convenient for us because my husband works next door and the closest mcdonalds to our new home is 15 mins away but we will be going to a different one from now on. Its ridiculous that they treat their customers like this. I dont know if the man i spoke to was a manager or just a cashier but either way thats not the way to treat a paying customer.
Suggested solution:
I would like for them to provide us with the meals we actually ordered or give us a refund. Because of the fact that we got the wrong order but beyond that because of how rude and unprofessional they behaved.
