My complaint:
Every time I order from this store either have food missing or order is wrong
I have complained to the store and the staff are either rude or dismissive of my complaint
I have got to a point where I have not used them in over a month
Then today I ordered food and drink latte and toffee latte and surprise surprise not toffee latte only two plain lattes
This is really disappointing service
Suggested solution:
Better service and complete my order as requested
