My complaint:
Wife went to this local McDonalds’ to pick supper up. She paid for four (4) meals. Upon returning home we noticed that a meal (minus the drink) wasn’t even in the bag. Not only that she placed an order for a Quarter pounder meal and was giving a Big Mac meal instead.
Suggested solution:
Refund the missing meal.
