My complaint:
Got to McDonald’s at 4:10 pm on 28 march 2019 and ordered a drink and sat in line for 45 mins! Had 7 cars ahead of me to be served. This has happen twice this week.
Suggested solution:
I think if they had two shifts at their busy time would help this problem. They are doing a great job inside but I’am afraid that they will lose busy at window service if people have to wait in line for 45 min.
