My complaint:
My daughter Leolani till yesterday she worked at San Luis Az McDonald’s. Yesterday one of the managers named Danitza Lara started yelling bad words to my daughter because something went wrong with one of the orders. My daughter asked her not to talk that way to her. But she started yelling like crazy that my daughter was so scared. Then Danitza told her that she was useless and to live work, knowing that my daughter schedule wasn’t over yet. My daughter got out of work and called her supervisor and the police to report her. But her supervisor didn’t do anything, at the police there is a report that my daughter filed. Mc Donalds supposed to be a good place to work but here is not. Its not faire that my daughter could not feel safe at her work and that she doesn’t want to go back to her job because of the verbal attack she received from this manager.
Suggested solution:
Danitza needs to apologize to my daughter and she should be suspended for a period of time and go to anger management therapy.
